Delivery

Free delivery on orders over £10 within the Sussex local area. Outside of Sussex please call for information regarding delivery costs. Delivery of your order will be within 48 hours of ordering. Providing your order is placed before midday and stock is available. Unless you have requested an alternative delivery day. We will, where possible advise you of any change to your delivery day/ time. Please ensure you are available to take delivery of your order where possible. If this is not possible and you wish us to leave your order in a specific place ie in porch etc. Pet Supplies Sussex can not be held responsible for your order once left. We suggest you check your order as soon as possible to make sure that it is correct and in good condition.

Returns / Refunds Policy

In the unlikely event that you need to return an item, Pet Supplies Sussex will accept returns of items that are in an ‘as new’ condition. This must be within 14 days from the date of purchase. The items must be new in appearance and free from damage, hair and dirt. Items must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition. Items must have been purchased directly from Pet Supplies Sussex. The above does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Process

Before requesting that an item be returned, be certain that the above criteria has been met. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return,. You can call us on 01444 250555 to discuss return You can bring your item to us at The Market Place, Burgess hill on Wednesday or Saturday. Please provide proof of purchase Refunds will be made in the original method of payment. Exchanges - To make an exchange, please follow the above return process, and we will arrange the item you require.  Warranty/Guarantee - Pet Supplies Sussex guarantees our non food products, at time of purchase against material defects and/or workmanship, In accordance with the individual manufacturers gaurantees. If you experience a problem with a product, please return the item with the original receipt as detailed above. This does not include chewing, abuse or incorrect product use or storage.
